Subscription and Payment

I have an active subscription, but now I only have access to the free version of the app?

We understand that it is frustrating when it doesn't work, especially when you're out on the water. Follow our troubleshooting list and we will help you.


  1. Start by double-checking that you are logged in with the correct email and login method in the Skippos app.

  2. If you are logged in and still don't see your active subscriptions, go to your profile or the "My Skippo" tab in the app. Click on settings, the gear icon in the upper right corner, and then "Manage Subscriptions". At the bottom, you can restore your purchases. Click the "Restore Purchases" button.

  3. Log out of the app and log back in, now it should work!
