I have an active subscription, but now I only have access to the free version of the app?
We understand that it's frustrating when things don't work, especially when you're out on the water. Follow our checklist, and we will help you.
- Start by double-checking that you're logged in with the correct email and login method in the Skippo app.
- If you're logged in and still don't see your active subscriptions, go to your profile under the "My Skippo" tab in the app. Click on settings, the gear icon (⚙️) in the top right corner, and then "Detailed app info."
- Take a screenshot or copy this information, and send it to us via our contact form along with a description of your issue.
Tip! You don't need to log out of the Skippo app unnecessarily. The app is designed to keep you logged in for a long time. If you want to save battery or resources, you can simply close the app instead of logging out. This reduces the risk of your subscription being disconnected from the app on your device.
