How do I receive a receipt for my payment?

You will receive a receipt by e-mail from the payment platform you have chosen when purchasing. We use Google, Apple and Stripe. When you complete a purchase, you should automatically receive a receipt sent to the email address associated with your account. Check your inbox and also the spam folder if you can't find the receipt.


Apple

If you can't find your receipt and have paid your subscription through Apple, you can find more information here: Apple Support.


Google

If you cannot find your receipt and have paid your subscription through Google, you will find more information here: Google Support.

If you can't find your receipt and have paid your subscription through the web and Stripe, go to your profile on the web. Click on "Manage" to the right of the subscription you want to change payment details for. Note that only subscriptions paid on the web can be managed through the web. A new window opens, scroll down to "Billing history". Click on the icon next to the date of payment and you will be given the option to "Download the receipt".
