Can I restart my subscription after cancellation?

If you want to reactivate a subscription that has not yet expired, follow the steps below.


  1. Did you subscribe to the subscription you want to reactivate through the app or on www.skippo.se? If on the web, go to step 4.

  2. If you subscribed through the app. Did you subscribe on an iOS or Android device?

  3. Open the Skippos app on the same platform you initially subscribed on. Go to your profile, then settings, and select “Manage Subscriptions”. Click “Activate” on the subscription you want to reactivate.

  4. You are now ready!

  5. If you subscribed on the web. Go to https://www.skippo.se/appen/subscription and select the subscription you want to reactivate. Click “Activate”. If you are not already logged in, you will be asked to log in. Then you will need to confirm the reactivation in a new window.

  6. You are now ready!


If you want to reactivate a subscription that has expired, follow the steps below.


  1. Go to https://www.skippo.se/appen/subscription

  2. Select the subscription you want to activate by clicking “Activate”.

  3. If you are not already logged in, you will be asked to log in. Use the same login details and method you use in the app.

  4. If you are unsure which email is linked to your account, you can check in the app under “My Skippo”. Click on your profile picture to see which email is linked to your Skippo account.

  5. Once logged in. Click “Activate” and then fill in your payment details.

  6. If you have issues with the payment, contact your bank.
