I can't access my active subscription, what should I do?

If you have purchased a subscription but cannot access it, you can try the following:

Ensure that it's the same platform (Android or Apple) you are trying to use the subscription on as you originally made the purchase on. It's not possible to buy a subscription on an Apple device and then use it on an Android device (or vice versa).

Ensure that you are logged in on the device with the same Apple/Google account that you originally made the purchase with. This login is linked to your device, not the login on your account in the Skippo app itself.

Try reinstalling the app and logging in again.
