Subscription and Payment

I can't access my active subscription, what should I do?

We understand that it is frustrating when it doesn't work, especially when you're out on the water. Follow our troubleshooting list and we will help you.

Start by double-checking that you are logged in to the Skippos app.

If you still don't see your active subscriptions, go to your profile or the "My Skippo" tab. Click on settings, the gear icon in the upper right corner, and then "Manage Subscriptions". At the bottom, you can restore your purchases.

Log out of the app and log back in, now it should work!
