How do I change navigation packages?
You can change navigation packages at any time by upgrading your subscription.
Do this to upgrade your navigation package when purchased through Apple or Google
1. Have you signed up for the navigation package that you want to upgrade through the app or at www.skippo.se? About the web, go to the paragraph "Do this to upgrade your navigation package when buying on Skippo.se through Stripe"
2. If you have signed the navigation package in the app. Have you subscribed to an iOS or Android device?
3. Open Skippo's app on the same platform where you signed up for your navigation package. Go to your profile, then settings and select “Manage subscriptions”. Click "Activate" on the subscription you want to upgrade to.
4. You don't have to cancel your current subscription when the purchase goes through Apple or Google, we make sure that you only pay for the upgraded subscription going forward. In the event of an upgrade, the new subscription takes effect immediately and your previous navigation package is refunded for the days not yet used. The refund takes 2-4 days.
5. If you have not received your refund you should contact Apple Support or Google Support.
Do this to upgrade your navigation package when purchasing on Skippo.se through Stripe
1. If you have signed up for the subscription on the web. Go to https://skippo.se/appen/subscription and select the navigation package you want to upgrade to. Click on “Activate”. If you are not already logged in, you are asked to log in. You will then be asked to confirm the upgrade in a new window.
2. In case of an upgrade, the new subscription starts to apply immediately. Your previous navigation package is not automatically refunded, you need to contact our support for this. We understand that it is not optimal. Contact us through this form, for a refund of the days not yet used.
Note that if you have an active trial period and upgrade or downgrade, the subscription will start immediately, you will be charged and the trial period will end.
