Payments at Skippo.se
If you want to add or change the payment method for subscriptions paid on www.skippo.se, go to your profile on the web. Click on "Manage" to the right of the subscription you want to change payment details for. Note that only subscriptions paid on the web can be managed through the web. A new window opens and you can select "+ Add payment method". Fill in your card details and then select "Add".
On the web, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay or American Express. Whether your card is a debit or credit card does not matter. At the time of registration, the card must be open for internet purchases and valid at the last renewal. Please contact your bank if you need to activate your card for internet purchases, usually you can do this in your bank's app.
If you encounter problems with the transaction, contact your bank in the first instance. Unfortunately, we at Skippo cannot influence the processes connected to cards or your bank. This also applies to BankID and other verification methods.
Can I change the payment method from Apple or Google to paying by card on the web?
You cannot change the payment method from Apple or Google to card during an ongoing subscription. To change the payment method, you need to cancel the subscription on your current platform and then sign a new subscription with a different payment method.
Example: If you pay for Smart in the App Store or Google Play and instead wish to pay by card, you need to cancel the subscription in the App Store or Google Play. In connection with the date that the subscription expires, you sign up for a new subscription at skippo.se where you can pay by card.
