I cannot access my subscription in the web app

This is usually due to not being on the correct link or being logged in with the wrong account.

  1. Make sure you are on the right web app via the links below.

    DK: www.skippo.dk/plan
    FI: www.skippo.fi/plan
    NO: www.skippo.no/plan

  2. Double-check that you are logged in with the same email and method as in the app.
