How do I transfer data from an old device to a new device?
The data on your profile is stored locally or in the cloud, depending on whether you are logged into the app or not. To transfer data to a new account or device, the data needs to be stored in the cloud. If you want to transfer data from an old device to a new device, follow the instructions below.
Make sure you have the latest version of the Skippo app downloaded
Log into the Skippo app with your account on your old device.
Ensure that the data you want to transfer is accessible when you are logged in on your old device. If not, you have most likely logged in with incorrect login details or method.
Now log in with the same login details and method on your new device.
Your data should now have been transferred to your new device.
