How do I transfer data from an old account to a new account?
The data on your profile is stored locally or in the cloud, depending on whether you are logged into the app or not. To transfer data to a new account or device, the data needs to be stored in the cloud, so you need to ensure you are online. If you want to transfer data from an old account to a new account on the same device, follow the instructions below.
Make sure you have the latest version of the Skippo app downloaded
Log into the Skippo app with your old account.
Ensure that the data you want to transfer is visible when you are logged in. If not, you have most likely logged in with incorrect login details or method.
Log out of your old account
Log in to your new account on the same device
Your data should now have been transferred to your new account
