How do I get better accuracy in my navigation?

To improve the accuracy of your navigation with the Skippo app, there are several steps you can take to ensure you are getting the most accurate positional data possible:

Change Position Settings:

If you notice the app displays ""Weak GPS"" in orange color, it may be because the app only has access to an approximate position. To improve this, click on the ""Weak GPS"" indicator and give the Skippo app permission to use ""Exact Position"". This will give the app access to more precise GPS data. Optimize Device Placement:

Ensure your device has a clear view of the sky, where the GPS satellites are located. Objects like buildings, trees, or even clouds can sometimes affect the quality of the GPS signal. Try to keep the device in an open environment when navigating. Check GPS Settings:

Review your device's settings to ensure that GPS features are enabled and optimized for the best performance. Some devices offer different modes for GPS which can affect precision. Avoid Interference:

Electronic devices and metal objects can sometimes interfere with the GPS signal. Try to avoid placing your device near large electronic devices or in areas with a lot of metal. Update the App and Device Firmware:

Make sure both the Skippo app and your device's operating system are updated to the latest versions. Updates may include improvements for GPS functionality and overall performance. Restart the Device:
