I have changed my email and now I can't log in?

To change the email associated with your Skippo account, follow these steps:


  1. Start by logging into the app on your mobile with your old email.

  2. Double-check that your routes, locations, and subscriptions are available on your account with your old email.

  3. Log out and then create a new account with your new email on the same device.

  4. Log in with your new email on the same device.

  5. Make sure your routes, locations, and subscriptions have been transferred. Sometimes it takes a few minutes.


If you encounter any issues, close the app and open it again to resolve the problem.
