I can't access my active subscription.

If you have purchased a subscription but cannot access it, you can try the following: 

1. Make sure it is the same platform (Android or Apple) that you are trying to use the subscription on, as you first made the purchase on. It is not possible to purchase a subscription on an Apple device and then use it on an Android device (or vice versa). 

2. Make sure you are logged in to the device with the same Apple/Google account that you first made the purchase with. This login is linked to your device, not the login to your account in the Skippo app itself. 

3. Try to reinstall the app and log in again.
