Can I transfer my data and subscription to a new device?

You can access your saved data and your subscription on a new device. 

Do the following: Log in to the app on your old device to ensure that all your data is stored in our cloud service. 

Download the app on your new device and log in with the same Payment ID as on the old device. If you change operating systems, you will need to subscribe again. 

You also need to log in to the app from your profile in the app to retrieve all your old data from our cloud service and make it available on both your old and new phone.
